About

Created under the Lucion brand, which is synonymous with providing high quality, customer centric, timely and accurate surveying for hazardous materials, Lucion Marine’s stated objectives are to continue our ever growing team and services internationally, and remain the preferred provider of Green Passports at all ports.

Working with the United Kingdoms Ministry of Defense and in conjunction with the Lloyds Register Group, Lucion Marine is the first company to have developed, implemented and been accredited by Lloyds Register to survey and produce the complex “Green Passport” for maritime vessels.

What keeps making Lucion the winning choice for ship owners, is the experience we have to offer in the industry. Lucion have been managing asbestos for nearly a decade, and are ever increasing as a business. This means our teams of fully qualified surveyors are highly trained to manage asbestos present on ships. Previous clients have come to Lucion Marine after being impressed by the work done on their land based structures. Few companies can offer you such a well rounded and well established company structure.

We are dedicated to our service because we believe it will make a great difference to the shipping industry. Ship breaking needs to change. The current level of fatalities is unacceptable. Lucion appreciate that changes are being made to improve the standard of health and safety for those working in the shipping industry, and providing an Inventory of Hazardous Materials on vessels will be a huge step in the right direction.

Working with Lucion’s experienced team means that you can rest easy as your ship is surveyed. Internationally our teams provide a top quality service because they are all highly experienced in working with hazardous materials.

Our client base is continually expanding, across the world’s shipping industry, in a host of different sectors. This pleases us because we know that the shipping industry is making steps to improve the health and safety of its vital workforce, and it can please you because you know your vessels are in good hands, wherever they may be, with a Lucion Marine Green Passport team.
