Description:

In January 2010, Lucion were contracted by Babcock Marine to undertake some of the first Green Passports for a UK based company in accordance to the new IMO Hong Kong Convention.  With Lucion’s experience and current client base, they were the first choice for a reputable firm like Babcock Marine.  The works took place over a 7 week period in Devonport Royal Dockyard.  Whilst confidentially is a must for these  vessels, Lucion worked along side Babcock adhering to all on site responsibilities and produced 3 of the most industry leading Green Passports that both Babcock, and their client, the UK MoD had experienced.  Since then, further work has been contracted to Lucion, on similar vessels throughout the UK in order to produce more quality inventories for these historic war machines.  Built back in the 1960’s and taken from service in the 90’s, Lucion and Babcock learnt a great deal from the experience and look forward to further projects together in the future.
